Idli Sambar and Chutney is one of most popular dish of South India. Its a popular vegetarian dish. Its a simple light tasty dish with light spice and tangy sauce called Sambar and refreshing accompaniment chutney. Idli is a rice cake which is steamed and usually served hot. Sambar is a lentil soup usually medium spice and tangy in flavour. Chutney is usually the mild accompaniment made of coconut which adds refreshment to the whole dish. This serving is of 3 idlis along with sambar and chutney. Must be served hot. Heat it up in oven for 45 sec and the dish is good to be served.
